The paper has been improved following its review through the following:

1) Reference format has been revised to be in IEEE format. No page indications were found for [1] at IEEE Xplore and were therefore omitted.
2) Font size of figures 3-5 and 12-15 have been significantly increased. Figure 16 does not exist.
3) Paragraphs have been indented in accordance with the provided template.
4) Subsection format has been corrected.
5) It was suggested to move figure 5 and table 1. However, this was not possible without exceeding the page limitation (6 pages). They were therefore left in place.
6) Rotating figure 7 as suggested would distort the quality or significantly reduce the size of the figure. It was therefore left in place.
