Follow-up action items from last meeting
      • a) Pathway to impact statement
Speaker: Valerie Gibson (University of Cambridge (GB))
      • b) Budget & Proposal details -- how to proceed

Action Item: Discuss in next meeting whether or not its worthwhile to proceed with finalisation of Budget & Proposal details without knowing the exact details of the call. Advantage: We use the time until the call is out to get ready and to establish a baseline for a full budget. The latter will make it easier to implement cuts if the funding call only allows for a smaller budget envelope like £7M or £10M. Disadvantage: Comes with a work overhead as not clear how the call will look like (exactly).
