DESCRIPTION:This is the fourth in a series of community meetings to furthe
 r fellowship and communication between the agencies and the HENP community
 .\nThe meeting is zoom only.  Registered participants will be sent the zo
 om link.  It will be in webinar format.\nWe are also accepting abstracts 
 for two types of contributed talks.  The abstract submission deadline is 
 16 November.\nOne is a 5+2" talk on "voice of the community".  The talk s
 hould discuss what this means to you\, in the absense of NSAC/HEPAP/P5 or 
 any replacements.  Is a "voice of the community" needed?  What is its pu
 rpose\, its roles?  How does it gain legitimacy? What are its responsibil
 ities? Why?  Four submissions will be selected.\nThe second is a 2 minute
  one-slide-only "Flash" talk.  You will have two minutes to pitch an inte
 resting idea\, bring attention to something that needs more attention\, or
  discuss a topic of relevence to DNP or DPF.  Discussion/questions are li
 mited to the end of all talks.  Up to 20 talks will be selected.\nBoth ty
 pes of talks are open to members of both the DNP and DPF communities.\nIf
