Search for the muon EDM at Fermilab, and PSI

The most sensitive search for the electric dipole moment (EDM) of the muon was completed earlier this year at the Fermilab g-2 experiment. The measurement, as well as a new technique to maximise the sensitivity for the final analysis over the full dataset, will be presented. The dedicated muon EDM experiment at PSI, using the so called frozen-spin method, will also be discussed.
