  Goal of this L2/L3 tracker meeting:
  
  Facilitate interactions among L2 and L3 (and esp. for L2, we can grasp overall picture to better communicate with L1)
  
  We take round-table format: oral updates or brief slides summarizing recent status and progress would be perfectly fine.
  
  Monthly basis (we might want to better align with L1/L2/L3 steering meeting, which is mostly bi-weekly basis before summer)
