DESCRIPTION:\nNational Undergraduate Physics Conference (NUPC) 2026\n\nThe
  National Undergraduate Physics Conference (NUPC) is a proposed national-l
 evel event dedicated to highlighting and promoting undergraduate research 
 in physics. While the conference welcomes participants from all academic l
 evels\, its primary focus will be on showcasing research conducted by the 
 undergraduate students. Presentations will span a wide array of subfields\
 , including theoretical and experimental physics\, as well as interdiscipl
 inary research. Unlike general science conferences.NUPC aims to provide a 
 platform where undergraduate researchers can showcase their work and conne
 ct with peers who share the same interest in physics.\nWhile the primary f
 ocus is on undergraduate physics students\, the event also welcomes all gr
 aduate students who have not completed their master's degree by December 2
 026. Interdisciplinary participation is encouraged\, especially from mathe
 matics\, engineering\, biophysics\, and related fields with physics-releva
 nt applications.\n\n\nAbout NUPC 2025:\nThe first edition of the National 
 Undergraduate Physics Conference(NUPC) was a huge success. Not only did it
  integrate various undergraduate research\, but it also connected students
  and researchers from diverse physics disciplines across the country. Abou
 t 200 participants and 7 prominent researchers took part in making this co
 me true. Contrary to other general science conferences\, NUPC focused on f
 ostering and encouraging a greater exposure to early-stage undergraduates.
  The conference also celebrated the groundbreaking and pioneering research
  within the undergraduate physics community.\n\n\nHosted by:\n\nIndian Ins
 titute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Tirupati\nIISER Tirupati 
 is the sixth Institute in the chain of IISERs established by the Govt. of 
 India under the Ministry of Education for imparting quality education in b
 asic sciences and for setting up state-of-the-art research facilities for 
 frontline and cutting-edge research in science. Academic activity at IISER
