  Universidad ECCI\, Bogotá\, Colombia.The goal of this meeting is to brin
 g together cosmologists to discuss the current state of cosmology at the i
 nterface of theory and observations.The main topics include:\n\n\nInflatio
 n and the early Universe\,\nCosmic microwave background\,\nLarge-scale str
 uctures of the Universe\,\nDark matter and neutrino astrophysics\,\nDark e
 nergy and modified gravity\,\nGravitational waves and multi-messenger astr
 onomy.\n\nWe expect this event to provide a platform for maximizing intera
 ctions and creating new collaborations.\n\n \n\nIn-person conference: The
  workshop will be held in Bogotá (Colombia).\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n
