DESCRIPTION:The next generation of precision experiments in particle physi
cs increasingly relies on coherent detection methods capable of extracting
extremely weak signals buried far below conventional noise levels. In thi
s talk\, I will discuss how techniques developed in storage-ring spin phys
ics and axion dark matter research are converging toward a broader framewo
rk of coherent RF phase-sensitive detection.\nTopics will include resonant
  probing methods\, high-(Q) RF systems\, electro-optic transduction\, cohe
rent phase extraction\, and quantum-limited sensing strategies. Particular
emphasis will be placed on the CARAMEL concept and on possible implementa
tions for high-frequency axion dark matter searches using high temperature
superconducting (HTS) cavities\, cryogenic RF systems\, and optical reado
ut architectures.\nI will also discuss opportunities for developing a broa
der European effort combining accelerator physics\, including storage-ring
proton EDM studies with sensitivities approaching the Standard Model leve
 l\, RF engineering\, cryogenics\, quantum electronics\, and advanced detec
tor technologies\, with potential participation from Demokritos and collab
orating institutes.\n·        The Colloquium will be given in Hybr
 id form\n \nVideoconference via   https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81776625974
