  Gravity Society (SAGS) conference will be hosted by the University of Cap
 e Town from 23 - 27 November 2026. This will be an in-person event\, takin
 g place in the Department of Mathematics and Applied Mathematics\, Room 30
 4.\nWe welcome contributions representing research in theoretical\, comput
 ational\, mathematical\, observational\, or experimental aspects of genera
 l relativity and gravitation. The scope includes cosmology and astrophysic
 s. Postgraduate students are encouraged to attend and present their work.\
 nThe local organising committee invites you to the vibrant city of Cape To
 wn\, situated at the foot of the iconic Table Mountain. The University of 
 Cape Town is easily accessible for visitors\, with Cape Town International
  Airport approximately 13 km away. Delegates are requested to arrange thei
 r own accommodation\; however\, suggestions can be provided upon request.\
 nRegistration Fees & Payment Options\n\n\nStandard Registration Fee: ZAR 3
  000 / 160 EUR. This fee is fully inclusive of all catering throughout the
  event\, covering daily coffee breaks\, lunch\, and the conference dinner.
 \n\n\nPayment Methods: Registration fees can be paid online via credit car
 d through the secure UCT payment gateway or via Direct Bank Transfer (EFT)
 . Full banking details and payment links will appear automatically inside 
 the registration form when you select the standard fee option.\n\n\nStuden
 t Fee Waivers & Financial Support\nThe South African Gravity Society is co
 mmitted to supporting young scientists.\n\n\nStudent Presenters: The regis
 tration fee is fully waived for participating students conditional on abst
 ract submission and acceptance.\n\n\nHow to Apply: When completing your on
 line registration\, select the student fee waiver option. You must then su
 bmit your abstract via the "Call for Abstracts" portal. If you are not pre
 senting but would like to apply for a fee waiver/poster submission\, email
  your letter of motivation for financial support to the organizing committ
 ee at sags2026conf@gmail.com. Your registration will remain in a "Pending"
