Lab infrastructure component

Proposal from Kenny to include Lab Infrastructure/Automated Monitoring in the lecture programme. Potentially to cover things like micro-services, Influx, Grafana and some sensor language (Arduino/micro python). Such a course is planned for SUPA teaching purposes
