 his tutorial is focused on NITRATES\, a pipeline for targeted searches on 
 external events (e.g. GRBs\, neutrinos\, GW triggers) using Swift BAT data
 . Users will learn how to ingest external alerts\, download and use GUANO-
 triggered BAT data\, run targeted likelihood analyses\, and interpret dete
 ction statistics and sky-position dependent upper limits. The tutorial als
