DESCRIPTION:HIM2026 : Heavy-ion Collisions in the AI era\n- Heavy-ion coll
isions and simulations\nOver the past three decades\, significant and sust
ained efforts have been devoted to the study of relativistic heavy-ion col
lisions\, both theoretically and experimentally. These endeavors aim to el
ucidate the properties of QCD matter at high densities and temperatures. N
umerous experimental results have been obtained from dedicated programs at
the Super Proton Synchrotron (SPS) at CERN\, the Relativistic Heavy Ion C
ollider (RHIC) at Brookhaven National Laboratory\, and more recently at th
e Large Hadron Collider (LHC) at CERN. These experiments have provided com
pelling evidence for the existence of deconfined quark–gluon matter and
have offered important insights into its physical properties.\nRecently\,
RAON in Korea has begun scientific operations with a focus on nuclear phys
ics. We anticipate that RAON-related research will become an important add
ition to the Korean heavy-ion physics community.\nArtificial intelligence
has recently been applied to both experimental and theoretical studies of
heavy-ion collisions. In particular\, simulations and deep learning techni
ques have emerged as powerful tools for investigating these systems.\n \n
