DESCRIPTION:PARTIQAL 2026 brings together researchers working at the inter
 section of particle physics\, quantum information science\, and machine le
 arning.\nThe goal is to explore how emerging quantum technologies and AI m
 ethods can advance both theoretical and experimental high-energy physics.
 \nThe workshop will focus on the following topics:\n\n\nRecent development
 s in Machine Learning \n\n\nQuantum algorithms and Quantum Computation\n\
 n\nQuantum machine learning\n\nQuantum Information\, especially Quantum ob
 servables.\n\nQuantum sensing and quantum-enhanced measurements\n\n\nThe w
 orkshop will be organized in two parts: the first focusing on machine lear
 ning and quantum machine learning for particle physics\, and the second ex
 ploring quantum observables and quantum sensing as emerging tools for fund
