Join us for the Particle and Nuclear physics graduate student retreat 2026 in Hyytiälä!

Key Details:

• Location: Hyytiälä Forest Station
• Eligibility: Open to all graduate students; priority to those starting after January 2024
• Quota: 32 participants (priority to ToPi members)
• Cost: No registration fee, will cover transportation and accommodation from PaNuDoc funds
• Registration Deadline: 29 April 2026

 

Highlights:

• Student talks, expert keynotes, and workshops on reproducibility, thesis project progress etc. 
• Sauna, networking, and peer collaboration

Logistics:

• Coordinated transport from and to Orivesi train station, aiming also for joint train ticket purchase.
• Meals and lodging included (dietary restrictions accommodated)
