DESCRIPTION:The CCP-TEPP Spring Docathon for Particle Physics Software is 
 open to all researchers in particle physics in the UK. The CCP's initial w
 orkshops in 2025 highlighted community recognition of the need to increase
  provision of robust\, and importantly up-to-date\, documentation for soft
 ware in the areas:\n\nCode/API level descriptions (e.g. Doxygen/Pydoc)\nUs
 er guides\nIntegrating checking\, "compilation"\, and deployment of docume
 ntation as part of a CI/CD process\n\nWe invite researchers in the UK part
 icle physics community to bring along their tasks in the above areas to wo
 rk together over the two and a half days alongside Research Software Engin
 eers to improve their software's documentation.\nThe event will be held at
  the University of Warwick between the 18th and 20th March 2026.\nPlease s
 ee the attached Delegate Information document for detailed guides to getti
 ng to the University by car or public transport. See the attached parking 
 guide (registrants only) for registering your car if coming by that means.
  If you are coming by train/taxi/bus\, please note that at Coventry statio
 n the taxi rank is in front of the main station building. Bus stops are on
  the road bridge\, with stop WR2/6 in the direction of the University (use
  stop WR5 in the reverse direction). The best bus to get is the 12X in th
 e direction of the University\, or as an slightly longer alternative\, the
  11 in the direction of Leamington Spa. All buses take card payments\, and
  are "tap on" only with a £2 single fare\, and arrive/depart at the main 
 University Travel Hub.\nThe Wednesday afternoon session will be in room PS
 017 of the Physical Sciences Building. Due to ongoing building work on cam
 pus\, this is most easily accessed from the Library Bridge entrance (first
  floor). Simply follow the long science concourse to the end and turn righ
 t over the bridge to Physical Sciences. PS017 is on the ground floor by th
 e first set of stairs. From Thursday evening\, we will we be in Scarman Ho
 use for accommodation and the Thursday/Friday meeting rooms\, and will wal
