DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Bin Wu\n\nREF 2026 is the 13th edition in the series
  of workshops on Resummation\, Evolution and Factorization. \nThe worksho
 p brings together specialists in different areas\, from effective field th
 eory to lattice to QCD factorization methods. The main focus will be on tr
 ansverse momentum dependent distributions (TMDs) and their connection with
  Monte Carlo event generators\, as well as on the experimental measurement
 s aimed at extracting information on TMDs at present and future colliders.
  The interplay between the factorization theorems\, resummation of large l
 ogarithms\, and the corresponding evolution equations are crucial for high
 er precision calculations\, necessary not only for understanding the data 
 recorded by past and present facilities\, such as the LHC\, HERA and Belle
 \, but especially for future experiments\, such as HL-LHC\, EIC\, and FCC.
 \n \nThe 2026 edition of REF will be hosted at IGFAE\, in Santiago de Com
 postela (Spain)\, from October 19th to 23th\, 2026. To facilitate travel 
 for those in Europe\, the workshop will start on Monday at 14:00 and finis
