 rs there has been a very significant increase in public knowledge and use 
 of AI through Large Language models such as ChatGPT and CoPilot. These are
  based on the more generalised technology of Machine Learning (ML)\, Neura
 l Networks (NNs)  and GPUs. I present a brief overview of how GPUs are di
 fferent to CPUs and applications where GPUs\, NNs and ML could bring impro
 vements\, as well as a quick look at LLMs and Generative AI. I will also g
 ive a summary of the hardware and facilities that are available to the gro
