DESCRIPTION: \n\nThe maths department "Research Day" aims to support rese
 arch and increase cohesion between various research groups of the Departme
 nt of Mathematical Sciences. Join us and listen to the in-person talks by 
 your fellows (junior/senior) and take a break with coffee breaks and lunch
 . At the end of the event in the afternoon we will meet for a happy hour w
 ith wine and soft drinks.\nTHE REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN. Simply follow the
  link below to register.\nThe event will be held in the SCOTT LOGIC LECTU
 RE THEATRE on the ground floor of the Mathematical Sciences and Computer 
 Science Building. Coffee and lunch breaks will take place in the  Flexible
  Space  next to the cafe on the ground floor. The happy hour will be held
