DESCRIPTION:The European Schools' Science Symposium (ESSS) is an annual co
 mpetition that brings together young scientists from across Europe. Open t
 o students from years 1 to 7 from the European Schools and Accredited Euro
 pean Schools\, the symposium provides a platform for participants to explo
 re scientific topics beyond the standard European Schools’ curriculum.\n
 Guided by a teacher-mentor\, students can enter as individuals or in teams
  of up to three\, conducting research in an area of their interest. Their 
 projects encompass an abstract\, a poster\, a written report\, and a prese
 ntation\, which are showcased during the event. A panel of teachers and su
 bject experts evaluates the projects\, with separate judging categories fo
 r junior and senior participants. \nThe symposium fosters scientific inqu
 iry\, creativity\, and collaboration\, celebrating the achievements of you
