Agenda:

1) Walk through the plan, deliverables, milestones, schedule.

2) Organisational issues:
– GitLab pages: everybody would need to get access to Gitlab, possible through EduGain, if your institution is not part of EduGain, contact personally Julie Epas: epas@apc.in2p3.fr, individual accounts can be created manually.

- GitLab pages could be used to develop deliverables and other documents. Also for sharing codes, notebooks with examples of archives access, etc.

– WP4 monthly meeting time slot: last Friday of the month, 11:00. Exceptionally next WP4 meeting is Friday December 20, 11:00 (invitaiton will be sent)

– There are three tasks (4.1, 4.2 4.3), we will need to select task leaders, postponed to next WP4 meeting (December 20).

– Organisation of the Working group on common standards, to work on a document with recomendations to WP4, to be delivered September 2025
* Mark Kettenis and Bruno Khelifi are suggested as working group leaders (Mark accepted, Bruno was not in the call, Catherine Boisson will contact him)

– Andrii and Lukasz will look into [ACME Indico](https://indico.in2p3.fr/category/1296/) to see how to share calendar from there.

3) Round table of presentation of infrastructures contributing to Task 4.2 (to be continued with presentation of inrastructures for Task 4.3 next meeting).
