 ne 23 to June 25\, 2025.\nThe meeting will take place in the Physics and A
 stronomy Building (PAB)\, Conference Room 4-330\, starting at 8:50 AM on M
 onday\, June 23\, and concluding at 12:10 PM on Wednesday\, June 25.\nThe 
 SURGE Collaboration is a Department of Energy (DOE)-supported Topical Coll
 aboration in Nuclear Theory. Our mission is to discover and explore the gl
 uon saturation regime of quantum chromodynamics (QCD). We aim to advance h
 igh-precision calculations and develop a comprehensive framework to comput
 e observables\, enabling meaningful comparisons with a wide range of exper
 imental data\, including predictions for the upcoming Electron-Ion Collide
