 ted at the Department of Physics\, Shahid Beheshti University\, Tehran. Th
 is conference will be the third of the series. It is aimed at enhancing in
 teractions between professors\, researchers and students. Speakers will pr
 esent their topics from within the broad field of particle physics in a pe
 dagogic manner. They will also present the recent developments and future 
 prospects of their research subjects. There are possibilities for presenta
