DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Michal Spalinski\n\nWebinar on Quark Matter and Rela
tivistic Hydrodynamics\n\nAbstract:\n\nThe identification of attractor beh
avior offers some hope a conceptually straightforward albeit simplified pi
cture of quark-gluon plasma physics following a relativistic heavy-ion col
lision. The strong longitudinal expansion which characterizes the dynamics
-at least in some model systems- leads to attractor behavior already at v
ery early times. This expansion-driven universality makes it possible to c
onnect features of the system at asymptotically small times to observables
that reflect late time physics. I will review some of these developments\
, including recent work aiming at exploring features of early-times. I wil
l also describe recent attempts to reformulate this circle of ideas in a w
ay that would offer hope of going beyond the boost-invariance assumption w
hich underlies the aforementioned studies.\n\nJoin          Webpage
