DESCRIPTION:\nThe Standard Model of particle physics describes all known i
nteractions bar gravity\, in some cases with impressive accuracy. However\
, many of its predictions rely on our ability to compute or control the ef
fects of the strong interactions\, and this often requires a combination o
f perturbative QCD\, lattice QCD and effective theories\, as well as close
cooperation between experiment and theory. This workshop aims to bring to
gether theorists and experimentalists to discuss various topics of current
interest. Special emphasis is given to precision calculations involving h
eavy quarks and hadronic spectrum calculations with multiple-particle stat
 es.\nKey Speakers/Participants\n\nA. Bazavov (Michigan State University)\n
