Initial Discussions & Social Gathering

Key organisational decisions were made, including determining the content and frequency of meet-ups. The student-talk mailing list was announced, and it was decided to establish a Mattermost channel for both student discussions and organisational coordination. Additionally, the idea of arranging snacks for meetings was considered to be pitched to HR.
